Under the patronage of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, the first Saudi Forum for Emerging Technologies took place from 11 to 13 November 2019, in line with the Saudi Vision 2030.

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is set to become the global leader of the digital economy through the full deployment of emerging technologies such as IoT, IIoT, AI, Data science, Cyber security, Cloudification, Blockchain, AR/VR, Robotics, Deep learning (DL), Machine learning (ML) and Coding 4.0 across public and private sectors. At the forefront of innovation, the Emerging Technologies Forum will be the largest R&D technology event in the region and will gather 3000+ government officials, C-suite executives from the private sector as well as the top tech players to unveil the latest applications in smart government services and private sector operations and discuss the future of tech in shaping a globally competitive economy.
The Forum will be the first event of its kind to feature interactive sector-specific labs, live proof of concepts, a fully immersive conference and highly interactive networking sessions catering for C-level executives and innovation specialists keen on understanding how emerging technologies can aid their daily operation and make them thrive in the 4th industrial revolution.
The Forum was produced while working at GM Event Management in Dubai.
